This captivating film explored the infamous 1977 underage rape case of acclaimed film director Roman Polanski, and explores his dual identities as revealed through the European and American press.

The European press viewed him as a “tragic, brilliant, historic figure” who survived the holocaust as well as the murder of his young pregant wife Sharon Tate by the Manson Family in 1969, while the American press saw him as a criminal of the lowest kind.
